1. Who we are

This website and the Scroll Ninja app are run by UNICOMMERCEX di Liusso Loris, Italy (details at the bottom of this page). "We" and "us" mean us.

2. The waitlist

Scroll Ninja is not released yet. Joining the waitlist is free. It does not start a subscription, a trial or any payment, and it does not oblige you to buy anything.

When you join, we will email you when the app launches on the App Store. You can unsubscribe at any time. How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

3. Launch and features

We are working hard on the launch, but we cannot promise a date. The app described on this site may change before and after launch, as we learn what helps people most.

4. Price

Scroll Ninja will cost 4.90 per month in your currency: $4.90 in the United States, €4.90 in Europe, £4.90 in the United Kingdom, CHF 4.90 in Switzerland, A$6.90 in Australia and C$6.90 in Canada, and the local equivalent of $4.90 elsewhere. Early members keep this founding price for as long as their subscription stays active.

Subscriptions will be sold and managed by Apple through the App Store, under Apple's terms. You can cancel anytime in the App Store.

5. Not therapy, not medical advice

Scroll Ninja is a game that helps you build better habits. It is not a medical, psychological or therapeutic service, and it does not diagnose or treat anything. The game attributes in the app (Focus, Wisdom, Fantasy, Discipline) are part of the game. They do not measure intelligence, creativity or mental health. If you are struggling, please talk to a professional.

6. Using this site

Please use the site and the waitlist honestly: use your own email address and do not try to break or overload the service.

7. Our work

The name Scroll Ninja, the logo, the paintings, the illustrations and the texts on this site belong to us. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking.

8. Liability

We build this site with care, but we provide it as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses caused by using it. Nothing in these terms limits rights that you have as a consumer under the law.

9. Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you live in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the consumer laws of your country.

10. Changes and contact
